We maintain a limited return policy due to the clinical and infection-control–sensitive nature of many of our products.
Return Window
We have a 15-day return window, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- The product has not been removed from sterile or protective packaging
- The item is in the same condition as received
- You provide proof of purchase
👉 Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return under any circumstances

All returns require prior authorization.
Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or damaged item), we will cover return shipping
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to clinical safety standards and manufacturer guidelines, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Any opened or used product
- Endodontic consumables
- Biomaterials once unsealed
- Infection control and aerosol-related products
- Irrigation, activation, and clinical accessories
- Special-order items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an eligible return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.
